Vattenfall Hydropower is responsible for Vattenfall's 90 hydropower plants and about 300 dams in the Nordic region. We have approximately 580 employees in Sweden and Finland, with our headquarters located in Luleå. We are now looking for a production technician in Tärnaby! In this position, you will participate in all production/operational technical work that we perform. We are six colleagues in the Tärnaby team, and together we are responsible for the hydropower facilities Abelvattnet, Gejmån, Ajaure, and Gardikfors.

As a production technician, you will work with analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, rounds, maintenance, and improvement projects. In the future, you may also have coordination responsibilities and take on the role of BAS-P/U in connection with shutdowns and projects. The position is full-time, and after the introduction, you will be part of our on-call duty according to a rolling schedule.

Requirements

We are looking for a versatile and responsible colleague. You enjoy finding solutions to problems and sharing ideas with your colleagues. Your working style is structured, and you place great importance on safety. You appreciate collaboration but are also prepared for independent work.

You have a technical high school education, such as the electrical and energy program or hydropower technology. We prefer that you have experience in production/operational technical work at hydropower facilities or similar operations.

IT proficiency and good knowledge of Swedish (preferably also English) are required. You have a driver's license (B), as travel by car is part of everyday work.
